This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Oversee the complete talent acquisition cycle for ASG across various roles, with a focus on creative, media production, and technical positions.
• Research, devise, and execute effective recruiting and staffing strategies.
• Spearhead innovative recruitment processes for candidates and hiring teams.
• Collaborate with department managers to craft job postings and outline hiring needs.
• Identify talent, assess applicants, coordinate interviews, and prepare interview documentation.
• Manage, mentor, coach, and nurture ASG's Recruiters.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as cost-per-hire and align outcomes with budgets and service standards.
• Define and enhance job posting and advertising tactics.
• Choose and implement recruitment technologies and assess ROI and usage metrics.
• Provide expertise and training on Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and other systems.
• Analyze recruitment data and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Establish and uphold service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee workflow and resource distribution while scaling recruiting capabilities.
• Participate in interviews for essential or specialized roles.
• Collaborate on competitive offer packages, incentives, and onboarding schedules.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies.
• Prioritize open positions and expedite critical searches.
• Build talent pipelines and cultivate professional relationships.
• Present candidate recommendations along with portfolios, demo reels, and references.
• Maintain candidate engagement and keep them informed throughout the process.
• Lead compensation discussions and clarify benefits offerings.
• Drive ongoing improvements in recruitment services and hiring results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years managing all aspects of recruitment and hiring.
• Strong familiarity with the broadcast media and live event production sectors is preferred.
• Experience in project/event-based staffing.
• Previous experience in audio/visual technology, managed services, creative, or broadcast roles is preferred.
• Prior managerial or staffing agency experience.
• Familiarity with the Ashby applicant tracking system is preferred.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and HireEZ.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
• SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented supervisory capabilities.
• Ability to design and implement effective sourcing strategies across a variety of roles.
• Proactive and self-sufficient work style.
• Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Proficient in applicant tracking and recruitment systems, such as Ashby.
• Proven track record in sourcing and hiring for difficult positions.
• Understanding of current AI trends in recruitment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Availability Monday–Friday during standard business hours.
