This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the supplier partnership strategy for the company.
• Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with charter companies across various markets.
• Enhance and expand Searadar's supplier portfolio.
• Identify and onboard high-value suppliers that align with business objectives.
• Act as the primary strategic contact for key partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations with charter companies.
• Increase average supplier commissions and enhance commercial conditions.
• Negotiate discounts, exclusive offers, preferred partnerships, and long-term agreements.
• Drive profitability by optimizing the economics associated with suppliers.
• Boost the share of bookings through strategic suppliers.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to supplier performance.
• Enhance service quality and customer satisfaction provided by suppliers.
• Analyze supplier performance utilizing operational and commercial data.
• Manage supplier escalations and foster sustainable improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance to enhance the overall supplier experience.
• Assess the performance of the supplier portfolio and identify growth opportunities.
• Establish strategic supplier priorities based on their business impact.
• Replace underperforming suppliers with more robust strategic partners.
• Utilize data, automation, and AI tools to enhance supplier efficiency, decision-making, and partnership performance.
• Continuously improve supplier processes to facilitate scalable growth for the company.
• Increase average supplier commission, supplier NPS, partner satisfaction, strategic-supplier bookings, supplier retention, and engagement.
• Mitigate supplier-related complaints and operational escalations.
• Construct a more robust and profitable supplier portfolio.
• Work closely with the founders and contribute to shaping the company strategy.
• Over 5 years of experience in Partnership Management, Supplier Relations, Business Development, or Account Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in leading strategic partnerships or managing a supplier portfolio.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating commercial agreements and driving business growth.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of KPIs, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, BI tools, automation platforms, and AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Russian language skills are a significant advantage.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, marketplaces, or SaaS is highly desirable.
