This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate the Strategic Sales team at SentiLink.
• Create and implement go-to-market strategies targeting new strategic sectors, buyer personas, and product initiatives.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard outstanding sales professionals.
• Pinpoint and secure flagship clientele in emerging verticals.
• Establish executive partnerships with C-suite and senior business leaders.
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes through to contract finalization.
• Craft executive narratives that align fraud and identity capabilities with customer priorities.
• Collaborate with Product teams to shape roadmap priorities.
• Partner with Marketing on messaging, positioning, and customer success stories.
• Work alongside Partnerships to unlock strategic distribution avenues.
• Create scalable sales motions extending beyond initial lighthouse customers.
• Represent SentiLink at executive briefings, conferences, and industry events.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with substantial experience in leading large strategic enterprise deals.
• Proven track record in selling complex platform or infrastructure solutions with contract values in the high six to seven figures.
• Preferred experience in selling to financial services, fintech, fraud, identity, risk, or related infrastructure markets.
• Experience in recruiting, coaching, and nurturing high-performing enterprise sales talent.
• Demonstrated ability in formulating go-to-market strategies and expanding into new markets, industries, or enterprise segments.
• Highly valued experience in selling to marketplaces, healthcare, insurance, gaming, telecommunications, or other substantial enterprise verticals.
• Alternatively, experience in selling enterprise infrastructure, security, compliance, data, or workflow platforms in new industries.
• Experience leading complex enterprise sales cycles lasting from 6 to 18 months and navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees.
• Exceptional skills in consultative selling, negotiation, and executive communication.
• Strong curiosity about products and the capability to translate customer challenges into product opportunities.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to achieve company-wide goals.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must reside in the U.S. or plan to relocate to the U.S. by the start date.
