Head of Sportsbook Performance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of sportsbook margin performance and optimization initiatives.

• Identify structural leakage across different cohorts, markets, and products.

• Establish and prioritize a roadmap for margin optimization.

• Evaluate pricing, limits, and stake factor frameworks.

• Analyze and enhance promotional and generosity mechanics.

• Collaborate with Risk, Commercial, and Product teams to implement enhancements.

• Create performance reporting and governance frameworks.

• Oversee and develop a Trading Quant.

• Define tooling and platform enhancements in partnership with Engineering.

• Utilize AI and automation to streamline workflows.

• Effective communicator able to translate data into actionable insights.
