Head of Solutions Engineering

📋 Description

• Spearhead strategic client interactions by collaborating directly with customers to create customized solution concepts, facilitate onboarding and adoption, and establish enduring partnerships that promote success on Arbitrum.

• Actively identify, contribute to, and champion strategic partnerships with innovative application teams, nurturing an ecosystem that offers the most engaging on-chain experiences.

• Collaborate closely with the Product team to communicate and integrate feedback from projects and the developer community into our roadmap, while assisting in shaping the go-to-market strategy for new products, particularly aimed at the developer audience.

• Partner with our engineering and research teams to enhance our overall platform, from core protocol modifications to application-layer enhancements, informed by our client interactions.

• Take ownership of developer success within leading application teams in the Arbitrum ecosystem, collaborating with builders to address challenges related to utilizing and integrating with Arbitrum technology, thereby accelerating their development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Direct experience in collaborating with fintech companies or financial institutions to enhance, modernize, or transform essential infrastructure.

• Over 8 years of experience in technical positions, ideally in solutions engineering, software engineering, infrastructure, architecture, or related areas.

• More than 4 years of experience in leading, managing, and developing high-performing technical teams.

• Strong expertise in designing scalable, reliable systems and converting complex technical requirements into actionable implementation plans.

• A solid foundational knowledge of blockchain technology, including the functionality of decentralized networks, smart contracts, rollups, and on-chain infrastructure.

• Demonstrated experience working directly with clients in professional or commercial settings, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly, align them with business objectives, and assist customers through complex implementation choices.

• A genuine passion for and understanding of blockchain technologies.

• Excellent collaboration skills with both internal and external teams.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Rust, Solidity, or Golang.
