This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Ensure that all social media content supports Arbitrum's core narrative. Act as a brand partner rather than a service desk, guiding internal teams towards more compelling storytelling and efficient channel utilization.
β’ Convert intricate technical advancements into clear and credible narratives, encouraging colleagues to articulate the *who* and *why* behind each announcement.
β’ Collaborate across the organization to define how launches, partnerships, and research are communicated, ensuring a unified voice throughout the product ecosystem.
β’ Create and implement cross-platform growth strategies for X, LinkedIn, and YouTube, balancing content focused on business with wider industry and cultural narratives.
β’ Manage the social content calendar and internal operations, editing and publishing critical content that enhances brand credibility.
β’ Utilize AI tools and automation to optimize publishing workflows, scaling high-quality content while upholding exceptional editorial standards.
β’ Guide internal teams and agencies in producing high-quality assets, such as videos, motion graphics, and technical visuals.
β’ Remain engaged with the "meta" landscape, identifying relevant thought leaders and trends across B2B LinkedIn and industry-focused X.
β’ Lead and mentor a team of community managers to ensure round-the-clock coverage and consistent messaging across all global regions.
β’ Actively listen to the community and ecosystem participants, providing direct feedback to cross-functional teams to ensure our messaging remains pertinent.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in social media marketing with direct involvement in Web3.
β’ Proven history of building and scaling social media accounts (X, LinkedIn & YouTube) with measurable results.
β’ Capability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging and accessible content for diverse audiences.
β’ Experience in managing and/or mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes team success.
β’ Highly organized with excellent project management skills; thrives in a fast-paced, decentralized setting.
β’ Strong knowledge of key KOLs and industry players within the blockchain ecosystem.
