This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Provide leadership for an exceptional service organization that emphasizes operational excellence, customer experience, revenue growth, and increased gross margins.
• Assume ownership of the local Service P&L, bearing full responsibility for both revenue and expenditures.
• Analyze monthly P&L outcomes and implement immediate corrective measures in collaboration with the Service Operations Lead.
• Lead the local Service Organization effectively.
• Regularly communicate results and centralized expectations to the local Service Team.
• Conduct monthly analyses of operational KPIs and initiate corrective actions during monthly reviews.
• Manage customer relationships adeptly.
• Oversee subcontractor management, including pricing, SLAs, capacity, qualifications, and EHS compliance.
• Implement and adhere to commercial and operational principles.
• Analyze key account data, such as sales and margin per customer/contract, and take necessary corrective actions.
• Adjust pricing of local contracts and labor rates in response to inflation and cost increases.
• Develop the Service Business strategically.
• Attract, hire, train, and develop field technicians with assistance from HR, service specialists, and CO2OLacademy.
• Review and enhance standard processes, including Certification L1–L3.
• Execute central initiatives and adhere to the CCR strategy.
• Participate in centrally organized reviews and calls, preparing and proposing corrective actions as required.
• Manage claims and disputes effectively.
• Comprehensive understanding of the P&L structure, spanning revenue to costs and absorption.
• Ability to influence the P&L using operational KPIs through targeted actions.
• Extensive knowledge of all Service KPIs and their interconnections and influences.
• Familiarity with all standard Service processes.
• Business acumen: understanding of market conditions, customer segments, sales potential, and competitive landscape.
• Comprehend customer needs and deliver expected services in alignment with financial objectives.
• Achieve positive results within established timelines.
