This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Take ownership of the local Service P&L, with complete accountability for both revenue and expenses.
β’ Conduct monthly P&L analysis and implement immediate actions as necessary, in coordination with the Service Operations Lead.
β’ Lead the Local Service Organization effectively.
β’ Regularly communicate results and central expectations to the local Service Team.
β’ Review operational KPIs on a monthly basis and initiate corrective measures as required.
β’ Cultivate and manage customer relationships.
β’ Oversee subcontractors, including pricing, SLAs, capacity, qualifications, and EHS.
β’ Implement and adhere to Commercial and Operational Principles.
β’ Analyze Key Account data, such as sales and margins per customer/contract, and take necessary corrective actions.
β’ Adjust pricing of local contracts and labor rates in response to inflation and cost increases.
β’ Drive the development of the Service Business.
β’ Attract, recruit, train, and develop field technicians with support from HR, service specialists, and CO2OLacademy.
β’ Review standard processes (Certification L1βL3) to ensure they are efficient and modify them as needed.
β’ Execute central initiatives and adhere to the CCR strategy.
β’ Participate in centrally organized reviews and calls; prepare and suggest corrective actions when necessary.
β’ Manage claims and disputes effectively.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of the P&L structure, encompassing revenue, costs, and absorption.
β’ Ability to influence the P&L using operational KPIs through specific actions.
β’ Extensive knowledge of all Service KPIs, understanding their interconnections and ways to influence them.
β’ Familiarity with all Service standard processes.
β’ Strong business judgment, with an understanding of market conditions, customer segments, sales potential, and competition.
β’ Ability to comprehend customer needs and deliver expected services in alignment with financial targets.
β’ Consistently achieve positive results within the established timeframe.
β’ Lead change by setting an example, demanding results, and fostering a winning culture.
β’ Proactively take steps to enhance local performance and share best practices.

β’ Educational background in Technical Education, general management, or leadership.
