Head of SE Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the strategy for technical enablement.

• Create and sustain scalable onboarding programs, certifications, labs, and ongoing enablement frameworks.

• Perform in-depth technical assessments, provide engaging demonstrations, design solutions, and promote customer adoption.

• Collaborate directly with internal go-to-market teams, with travel requirements of 25-30% annually.

• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to convert new features and capabilities into field-ready enablement.

• Facilitate regular technical workshops, in-depth product sessions, architecture discussions, and competitive training.

• Recruit and oversee a small team of technical trainers, specialists, and content developers as the function expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Enablement, Solutions Architecture, or related technical GTM roles.

• Proven track record in developing and scaling technical enablement programs within a high-growth cybersecurity or SaaS context.

• Extensive knowledge of cloud technology, data security, DSPM, DLP, AI security, SaaS integrations, and contemporary security architectures.

• Demonstrated ability to create engaging technical content, labs, hands-on exercises, and certifications.

• Strong skills in technical storytelling and communication, with the capability to distill complex concepts.

• Experience working collaboratively across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.

• Exceptional presentation and facilitation abilities.
