This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of enterprise sales and generate new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• Establish a qualified pipeline within banks, credit unions, fintechs, and various regulated financial entities.
• Personally identify and close strategic enterprise opportunities.
• Utilize existing relationships in the financial services sector to initiate executive-level discussions.
• Cultivate new connections within targeted accounts.
• Engage with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Chief Risk Officers, Chief Data Officers, Chief AI Officers, and other high-ranking executives.
• Lead executive discovery sessions, product positioning, and commercial discussions.
• Navigate through technical, security, risk, compliance, procurement, and legal procedures.
• Create strategic account plans for prioritized institutions.
• Develop a scalable land-and-expand sales strategy.
• Ensure disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with product and technical leadership to enhance positioning, use cases, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Forge strategic partnerships capable of generating qualified opportunities.
• Recruit and expand the broader sales team as revenue grows.
• Establish executive connections, activate strategic accounts, create qualified opportunities, advance sales cycles, close new and expansion ARR, and build revenue-generating partnerships.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise technology sales.
• Extensive experience selling to banks and regulated financial institutions.
• A strong network of senior executives within the financial services sector.
• Proven track record of personally generating multi-million-dollar enterprise pipelines.
• Demonstrated history of sourcing and closing six- and seven-figure enterprise contracts.
• Experience in selling AI, SaaS, data infrastructure, cybersecurity, governance, risk, compliance, lending, core banking, or other essential enterprise technologies.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to engage credibly with sophisticated technology purchasers.
• Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong executive presence and skills in commercial negotiation.
• Excellent discipline in pipeline management and forecasting.
• Experience working in early-stage or high-growth environments.
• Capability and willingness to function without a large existing Sales Development Representative (SDR), marketing, or sales organization.
• Authentic relationships within financial services and the ability to initiate conversations with senior executives.
• Ability to engage in credible discussions about AI, governance, data, risk, security, and enterprise technologies.
• Willingness to prospect, follow up, travel, demonstrate, negotiate, and actively drive opportunities forward.
• Consistent success in converting complex enterprise opportunities into signed contracts and ARR.
• Prior performance and references may be subject to verification.
