Head of Procurement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Develop Holafly's global procurement strategy from inception to facilitate rapid international growth.

• Negotiate critical telecom contracts to obtain superior pricing, quality, and SLA terms across various markets.

• Create comprehensive procurement policies and vendor risk management frameworks for effective governance.

• Enhance global supplier expenditure, achieving cost reductions without sacrificing service quality.

• Expand vendor performance metrics to guarantee long-term supplier reliability across over 200 destinations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to ensure procurement objectives align with the overall product strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated procurement leadership with over 5 years of experience, preferably in a fast-paced scale-up or technology environment.

• Hands-on experience in establishing procurement frameworks and vendor management processes from the ground up.

• Proficiency in international contract negotiations and financial analysis related to complex service agreements.

• Strong leadership skills paired with a commitment to creating scalable processes.

• Experience in Telecom, Connectivity, or SaaS sectors is advantageous.

• Familiarity with international vendor compliance and cross-border operations is a plus.
