This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Transform n8n's pricing and packaging into a data-driven growth strategy.
• Develop and oversee the model that links unit economics, agent operational costs, willingness-to-pay, gross margin, and customer value.
• Keep track of competitive and market intelligence.
• Conduct pricing experiments and document reusable insights.
• Design and structure plans and packaging for community, self-serve, and Enterprise tiers.
• Create pricing strategies for new SKUs and consumption-based models, such as AI Assistant and n8n Connect.
• Establish packaging frameworks and decision-making tools for Product teams.
• Lead cross-departmental pricing decisions and obtain consensus across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, and Data.
• Manage the comprehensive rollout of significant pricing changes and evaluate their impact.
• Develop and take ownership of list pricing, discount guidelines, decision frameworks, grandfathering policies, and usage-based billing strategies.
• A minimum of 6 years in pricing, monetization, or commercial strategy.
• Experience leading a complete cycle of a major pricing model transition.
• Personally designed and implemented consumption-based, outcome-based, or AI-driven pricing strategies at a company with over $100M in ARR.
• Proven experience managing both self-serve/PLG and Enterprise sales-led pricing.
• Strong capability to create financial models and analyze unit economics, cost-to-serve, gross margin, willingness-to-pay, and pricing elasticity.
• Knowledge of event metering, rating, entitlements, proration, overage, and revenue recognition.
• Experience collaborating with Billing on invoicing, dunning processes, true-ups, and dispute resolution.
• Familiarity with developers and technical buyers.
• Proven experience in building packaging frameworks and decision-making tools.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally across Product, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Billing.
• Willingness to function as an individual contributor, supported analytically by Data and RevOps, with rollout support from Program Management.
• Eligibility to work outside Germany; Germany visa sponsorship is available.
