This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create and implement the partnerships strategy aligned with Bravo Networks' business goals.
• Discover opportunities to improve partner performance, enhance commercial relationships, and foster mutual growth.
• Serve as a senior representative of Bravo Networks with insurers, service providers, and strategic partners.
• Lead and nurture senior-level relationships across partner accounts.
• Develop governance and engagement frameworks to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Manage intricate stakeholder relationships involving partners, members, and the broader Bravo business.
• Address commercial and operational challenges through negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Design, negotiate, and oversee partnership agreements and commercial frameworks.
• Ensure the delivery of contractual obligations, service commitments, and performance metrics.
• Optimize the effectiveness and value of partnership arrangements.
• Identify opportunities for improved commercial returns and strategic value creation.
• Supervise the collection, analysis, and interpretation of partnership performance data.
• Generate commercial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Track partner performance against objectives, contractual commitments, and KPIs.
• Utilize market intelligence and performance data to pinpoint trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership, insurer market teams, operations, finance, Distribution and Services, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in business development initiatives and market-facing activities.
• Ensure robust governance and monitor compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company standards.
• Identify and manage commercial, operational, and reputational risks.
• Maintain precise reporting and oversight of partnership activities and results.
• Extensive experience in partnership, insurer, supplier, or relationship management within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities.
• Proven experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex data and performance metrics.
• Experience in developing and managing contractual and commercial frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
• Capability to operate strategically while maintaining operational oversight.
• Willingness to travel for partnership meetings and events.
• Primarily based in London.
• Existing knowledge of insurance distribution, broker networks, or affinity arrangements is desirable.
• Experience in leading strategic partnership programs is a plus.
• Understanding of regulatory and governance requirements in financial services is advantageous.
