This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
β’ Assemble a highly effective partner sales team to implement regional partner business strategies and meet pipeline, revenue, delivery, and certification objectives.
β’ Create a recruitment strategy for onboarding and managing strategic consulting partners to enhance market reach and delivery capacity.
β’ Propel pipeline generation through collaborative account planning, co-marketing efforts, opportunity registration, and partner-driven sales activities.
β’ Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Services, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partner Readiness teams to expedite deal execution and ensure customer satisfaction.
β’ Equip internal field teams with knowledge about partner capabilities, industry insights, use-case expertise, and engagement strategies.
β’ Track partner health and performance by evaluating certifications, customer adoption and expansion, engagement quality, and operational compliance.
β’ Foster stakeholder alignment through territory planning, pipeline assessments, partner engagement strategies, and executive cooperation with AMER Sales Leadership.
β’ Over 8 years of combined experience in alliance management or partner sales, technology sales, business development, or ecosystem consulting services.
β’ More than 4 years of experience coaching and leading teams in a dynamic environment, including performance assessment and general hiring manager skills.
β’ Demonstrated success in significantly scaling partnerships between systems integrators and software/SaaS companies.
β’ Excellent interpersonal abilities and comfort in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
β’ Strong skills in relationship-building, active listening, probing, questioning, and negotiation.
β’ Capability to manage a growing portfolio of partners effectively and independently through strong people and process management skills.
β’ Comfort in owning and/or supporting partner sales initiatives with multidisciplinary teams.
β’ In-depth knowledge of developing and executing partner go-to-market strategies.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of the partner ecosystem, including incentive programs, enablement resources, and success metrics.
β’ Strong executive presence, presentation skills, and an ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
β’ Previous experience in the EPM/FP&A sector is advantageous.
β’ Strategic mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and highly ambiguous startup environment.
