This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more state.
• Develop and manage the partnership and alliance strategy for the EHS and ESG domain across EMEA.
• Establish a scalable partner network that aligns with the company’s growth objectives.
• Lead, build, and nurture a team of Partner Managers.
• Identify, acquire, and oversee strategic alliances with international consulting firms, system integrators, and technology providers.
• Manage the complete partner lifecycle from selection and needs analysis through software demonstrations to finalizing partner agreements.
• Negotiate and conclude partner and alliance contracts, including complex agreements with multiple stakeholders.
• Create a qualified lead pipeline and drive sustainable ARR growth via the partner channel.
• Regularly report partner performance metrics to senior management.
• Enhance the partner go-to-market strategy by utilizing market and competitor analysis along with alliance and market-entry models.
• Represent Quentic at trade shows, roadshows, and meetings with executives from partner companies.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in advisory-oriented B2B partner management, preferably in SaaS solutions.
• Several years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in establishing and managing collaborations with major international consulting firms, such as Big Four or similar global consultancies.
• Experience in the EHS, ESG, or sustainability sectors is preferred.
• Experience in leading and developing a team of partner or sales managers.
• Ideally possesses existing contacts within the EHS or ESG ecosystem in EMEA.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and persuasively to executive-level audiences.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in both German and English (business/professional proficiency); proficiency in French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Europe, approximately one to two days per week.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of operational processes.
• Experience in drafting and structuring alliance and partner agreements.
• Technical affinity and a convincing, solution-oriented approach when engaging with customers and partners.
• Growth-oriented, strategic, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong analytical skills, flexibility, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
