Head of Partnership – Chinese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Lead and expand Tickmill's partnership operations within the Chinese markets.

• Create and implement strategic partnership initiatives.

• Recruit, guide, mentor, and develop a team of Business Development Managers.

• Enhance client acquisition, trading volume, and net deposits through Introducing Brokers, affiliates, institutional partners, and strategic alliances.

• Identify, recruit, and oversee high-value partners.

• Establish long-term partner relationships and provide customized commercial solutions.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to uncover business opportunities.

• Collaborate with Marketing on regional campaigns, seminars, webinars, and partner engagement initiatives.

• Work together with Product and Operations to enhance the client and partner experience.

• Monitor team performance, pipeline health, and regional KPIs.

• Prepare reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior management.

• Ensure that partnership activities adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and company standards.

• Promote a high-performance, collaborative culture centered on accountability and commercial excellence.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading Partnership teams within the online trading, CFD, Forex, or financial services sectors targeting the Chinese market.

• Strong comprehension of the Chinese market, including IB business models, competitors, client acquisition channels, and regional market dynamics.

• Demonstrated success in achieving client acquisition, net deposits, revenue, and trading volume growth.

• Excellent leadership and people management capabilities.

• Strong skills in negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Operations, Compliance, and Client Services teams.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make informed business decisions in a fast-paced setting.

• Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Native or professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency with CRM systems, business intelligence tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Willingness to travel within the region as business needs dictate.

• An established network of Introducing Brokers, affiliates, KOLs, or institutional partners within the Chinese market would be advantageous.

• Experience in developing regional partnership strategies from inception would be a plus.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and lead generation strategies would be beneficial.

• Experience in launching partnership initiatives, incentive programs, or regional campaigns with measurable business growth would be a plus.
