Head of Operations – Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Direct, oversee, and coordinate both internal teams and external contractors.

• Manage daily operations, workflows, deadlines, and performance metrics.

• Supervise marketing efforts, campaigns, and initiatives for growth.

• Create and implement strategies aimed at user acquisition, engagement, and expanding the platform.

• Assist in the growth of the international network of psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists.

• Collaborate closely with the founder to align business priorities with measurable outcomes.

• Enhance operational efficiency, accountability, and team productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in operations, business management, or leadership in growth.

• Demonstrated experience in team management and achieving results.

• Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, growth strategies, and customer acquisition.

• Experience in HealthTech, mental health, digital health, or healthcare platforms is preferred.

• A strong commercial mindset.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Experience in startups or scaling digital platforms is highly advantageous.

• Practical operational leadership that integrates people management, execution, and business growth expertise.
