Head of NA Workshop Operations – PAC SER Roll Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and cultivate the Development of Production Unit managers and essential operational support functions throughout North America.

• Enhance capabilities and nurture a culture centered around safety, accountability, and continual improvement.

• Ensure effective resource allocation, succession planning, and skills development.

• Advocate for a culture of safety and adherence to HSE, operational, and quality standards.

• Achieve financial objectives while enhancing profitability, cost efficiency, and resource absorption.

• Supervise capacity, production, quality, inventory, and delivery performance across the workshop network.

• Propel Operational Excellence, Lean methodologies, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Formulate the long-term operational strategy, workshop footprint, and investment priorities.

• Collaborate across various functions to enhance supply chain performance, procurement savings, and subcontracting efforts.

• Ensure thorough root cause analysis and corrective measures for critical quality and safety concerns.

• Report directly to the Head of Operations, PAC SER Roll Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations or a related environment.

• Demonstrated history of leading teams and achieving financial and operational success in a complex, multi-site organization.

• Experience in workshop or service operations is a plus.

• Proficient in English.

• Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a background check.

• Successful pre-employment physical examination and drug screening.
