This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team of 6–8 members across product marketing, growth content, design, and marketing operations.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to various segments, buyer personas, and distribution channels.
• Manage the positioning and messaging framework across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and partner networks.
• Create segment-specific narratives aimed at clinical leadership, operations, and finance stakeholders.
• Oversee the strategy and execution for the launch of new products and modules, encompassing readiness, narrative development, pricing strategy, enablement, and adoption.
• Cultivate competitive intelligence through the creation of battlecards, win/loss analysis, and assessment of incumbents.
• Develop sales and partner enablement materials, which include pitches, objection handling, ROI metrics, and proof of outcomes.
• Collaborate with the COO and growth lead to define the demand strategy.
• Supervise the growth lead who manages paid advertising, SEO and web initiatives, lifecycle marketing, and account-based programs.
• Take responsibility for marketing’s pipeline metrics and review processes.
• Direct content initiatives to strengthen pipeline and enhance credibility through clinical evidence, outcomes data, and customer success stories.
• Manage the content roadmap and prioritize trade-offs effectively.
• Mentor and support the marketing operations manager.
• Oversee the marketing technology stack, data management, processes, and reporting mechanisms.
• Ensure clear visibility into marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue generation.
• Assess resource requirements and propose solutions related to hiring, agency partnerships, contractors, and process improvements.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong emphasis on product marketing.
• Proven experience in developing positioning and launch systems.
• Background in US healthcare technology.
• Familiarity with various routes to market, including direct enterprise sales as well as channel, reseller, or partner approaches.
• Established track record in marketing to diverse clinical and administrative buyer types.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing a marketing team of 5 or more, encompassing Product Marketing Management, Growth, and Operations.
• Strong expertise in paid, SEO/GEO, lifecycle, and account-based marketing channels at a strategic level.
• Comfortable taking ownership of pipeline targets, defending attribution, and reporting results to executive leadership and the board.
• Experience in Series B to D SaaS environments.
• Must currently possess authorization to work in the United States.
• Must maintain authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
