This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance the Hi Rasmus brand, narrative, positioning, and voice.
• Convert the mission, product differentiation, customer impact, and clinical vision into engaging market stories.
• Maintain consistency and quality across the website, campaigns, events, press, social media, sales materials, videos, and executive communications.
• Create a clear market narrative surrounding Hi Rasmus and the autism care technology landscape.
• Develop a marketing strategy aligned with company growth and revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales and RevOps on measurable pipeline-generation initiatives.
• Design and scale account-based marketing strategies focused on enterprise clients.
• Create integrated campaigns that encompass paid, organic, content, events, partnerships, outbound efforts, and community engagement.
• Establish attribution, funnel metrics, and reporting that links marketing investments to commercial results.
• Partner with Product, Clinical, Research, Sales, and Customer Success teams on go-to-market strategies and product launches.
• Define positioning and messaging for the platform, products, and emerging AI capabilities.
• Develop buyer personas, competitive intelligence, sales enablement resources, and customer proof points.
• Establish a content and thought-leadership engine focused on autism care technology, clinical impact, AI, outcomes, access, and care delivery.
• Manage corporate communications and public relations strategies.
• Lead company announcements, partnerships, funding communications, product launches, and media opportunities.
• Build community engagement, advocacy, referral, ambassador, customer marketing, event, and conference programs.
• Lead and develop the marketing team, overseeing priorities, accountability, performance expectations, staffing, and team growth.
• Manage the marketing budget with disciplined investment decision-making.
• Create a differentiated brand and category narrative, measurable Sales partnerships, replicable ABM and demand-generation engines, GTM processes, marketing metrics, and a scalable marketing organization.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience, including significant leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience in scaling a growth-stage SaaS company.
• Strong background in marketing to enterprise buyers, as well as small and medium-sized businesses (SMB).
• Demonstrated success in developing marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Experience with account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, product marketing, content creation, branding, and go-to-market strategies.
• Experience leading teams and nurturing strong marketers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong visual and creative judgment, even if you are not a designer.
• Experience in managing executive communications, public relations, or significant company announcements.
• Ability to transition smoothly between high-level strategic planning and detailed execution.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where processes are still being established as the organization scales.
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, autism care, education, clinical SaaS, or other mission-driven industries is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work within North American time zones.
