This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-year growth strategy for the enterprise.
• Determine the company's competitive landscape, investment priorities, and areas for expansion.
• Anticipate changes in the market and align customer needs, funding, and technological advancements with growth opportunities.
• Enhance S&P’s involvement in Oracle Health and large-scale EHR modernization initiatives.
• Expand presence in federal, state, local, tribal, and rural healthcare markets.
• Create ERP and additional complementary offerings.
• Collaborate with the President and executive leadership team to set long-term strategic direction for the company.
• Oversee company-wide growth performance, forecasting, risk management, and investment requirements.
• Build and manage a high-performing growth organization.
• Supervise General Managers for Military Health and Veterans Affairs, Ambulatory, Rural, and Tribal Health, as well as Enterprise Resource Planning.
• Lead the Head of Capture to implement structured RFP processes, tools, reporting mechanisms, roles, and timelines.
• Convert enterprise strategy into departmental goals, portfolio plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Safeguard and enhance existing business by proactively addressing recompete and retention challenges.
• Oversee business development, capture efforts, and strategic partnerships.
• Cultivate relationships with senior customers, healthcare organizations, technology firms, prime contractors, and strategic partners.
• Represent S&P at industry conferences and forums.
• Evaluate opportunities, assess competition, select partners, and devise strategies for priority pursuits.
• Make strategic decisions regarding S&P’s leadership, prime contracting, subcontracting, investments, partnerships, or project declines.
• Engage Service Delivery in major pursuits to influence solutions, staffing, capability investments, and contract transitions.
• In the initial year, synchronize the growth organization with strategic and operational expectations, strengthen key market positions, enhance pipeline and RFP discipline, foster executive relationships, and establish a multi-year growth roadmap.
• Over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare technology consulting or complex transformation services.
• Proven track record of developing markets, increasing revenue, and leading senior growth, portfolio, capture, or business-unit leaders.
• Demonstrated success in selling consulting and transformation services.
• Ability to understand how delivery generates value and translate customer needs into customized solutions.
• Strong credibility in healthcare and EHR transformation.
• Ideally possesses experience with Oracle Health solutions.
• Capable of utilizing judgment and relationships to influence markets, develop new offerings, and aid in scaling a company.
• Strong business acumen and financial judgment.
• Ability to make informed decisions regarding markets, investments, partnerships, and pursuits.
• Experience in federal healthcare or government contracting is preferred.
• Candidates from the commercial healthcare technology sector with significant Oracle expertise, a consulting-services orientation, and a proven ability to drive growth and influence strategy will be considered.
