This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Ensure that stock records accurately reflect reality at the Jersey warehouse and city shops; establish regular inventory counts and maintain integrity.

• Determine minimum and maximum thresholds for parts and organize purchasing accordingly.

• Record warehouse procedures including receiving, transfers, write-offs, and stock counts, ensuring adherence by the teams.

• Initiate the used parts program by creating a process for collecting, refurbishing, and reusing costly components.

• Oversee the inventory team.

• Collaborate with developers on the warehouse aspect of the ERP, outlining requirements and verifying functionality.

• Work closely with the CEO and operations director.

• Meet six-month objectives including precise stock records with monthly audits, inventory min/max levels for essential parts, reduced missing-part incidents, increased utilization of refurbished parts, and minimized new parts purchases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in inventory or warehouse management, preferably within spare parts, automotive, service, or e-commerce sectors.

• Experience with an ERP or WMS, and the ability to identify its shortcomings.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; you actively analyze data rather than waiting for reports.

• Proven experience in writing processes and ensuring team compliance.

• Regular user of AI tools in your daily tasks.

• Proficiency in English and Russian; shop teams operate in English, while management and IT communicate in Russian.

• Availability for at least 4 working hours that overlap with New York time.

• Preferred: knowledge of weighted average or FIFO inventory costing, experience with bicycle or scooter fleets, and the ability to establish cycle counts from the ground up.
