📋 Description

• Ensure that stock records align with actual inventory at the Jersey warehouse and city shops; establish regular counts and maintain accuracy.

• Determine minimum and maximum thresholds for parts and strategize purchasing accordingly.

• Record warehouse operations, including receiving, transfers, write-offs, and stock counts, and ensure adherence by teams.

• Initiate the used parts program by establishing the procedures for collecting, refurbishing, and reusing costly components.

• Oversee the inventory team.

• Collaborate with developers on the ERP's warehouse functionalities; outline requirements and confirm operational effectiveness.

• Accomplish first six-month goals, which include monthly stock-record audits, inventory levels for key components, reduced missing-part incidents, heightened utilization of rebuilt parts, and minimized new-part acquisitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in spare parts, automotive, service, or e-commerce sectors.

• Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems, with the ability to identify issues encountered.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; you actively analyze data rather than waiting for reports.

• Skilled in writing processes and ensuring team compliance.

• Utilizes AI tools in daily tasks.

• Proficient in both English and Russian; our shop teams operate in English, while management and IT communicate in Russian.

• Availability for at least 4 hours of overlap with New York time zone during your workday.

• Preferred: experience with weighted average or FIFO inventory costing, familiarity with bike or scooter fleets, and the ability to establish cycle counts from the ground up.
