This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Ensure that stock records align with actual inventory at the Jersey warehouse and city shops; establish regular counts and maintain accuracy.

• Determine minimum and maximum levels for parts and strategize purchasing accordingly.

• Document warehouse procedures, including receiving, transfers, write-offs, and stock counts, and ensure teams adhere to these processes.

• Initiate the used parts program by establishing a process for refurbishing costly components and reintegrating them into service.

• Oversee the inventory team.

• Collaborate with developers on the warehouse aspect of the company's ERP; define specifications and validate functionality.

• Accomplish six-month goals, including maintaining accurate stock records with monthly audits, establishing min/max levels for key parts, reducing missing-part incidents, increasing the number of refurbished parts returned to service, and minimizing new parts acquisitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in spare parts, automotive, service, or e-commerce.

• Experience with an ERP or a WMS, with the ability to identify issues encountered.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; you independently analyze data rather than relying on reports.

• Proven experience in documenting processes and ensuring team compliance.

• Familiarity with AI tools in your daily tasks.

• Proficient in English and Russian; our shop teams operate in English, while management and IT communicate in Russian.

• Availability for at least 4 hours of your workday to overlap with New York time.

• Preferred: knowledge of weighted average or FIFO inventory costing, experience with bike or scooter fleets, and the ability to establish cycle counts from the ground up.
