Head of Inventory Management – Russian Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Align stock records with the physical inventory at the New Jersey warehouse and city locations.

• Establish and uphold routine stock counts.

• Determine minimum and maximum thresholds for parts and plan procurement accordingly.

• Document warehouse procedures, including receiving, transfers, write-offs, and stock counts.

• Execute the used parts program, which involves rebuilding components and reintegrating them into service.

• Oversee the inventory team.

• Work with developers on the ERP's warehouse functionality.

• Specify ERP requirements and confirm system functionality.

• Provide precise stock records with monthly verification within the initial six months.

• Establish minimum and maximum levels for essential parts to minimize missing-part crises.

• Return refurbished parts to service and decrease reliance on new-parts purchases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in inventory or warehouse management.

• Experience in spare parts, automotive, service, or e-commerce is preferable.

• Familiarity with an ERP or WMS is required.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Capacity to independently analyze numerical data.

• Proven experience in documenting processes and ensuring team compliance.

• Utilization of AI tools in daily tasks.

• Proficient in English and Russian.

• Availability for at least 4 hours of overlap with New York working hours.

• Knowledge of weighted average or FIFO inventory costing is a plus.

• Experience with bike or scooter fleet management is an advantage.

• Capability to establish cycle counts from the ground up is desirable.
