This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take full ownership of the development and implementation of TurbineOne's international partnership program throughout Europe and MENA.
• Identify and secure partnerships in technology, channels, integration, distribution, manufacturing, and strategic areas.
• Cultivate relationships with European defense primes, systems integrators, OEMs, DefenseTech firms, and government and NATO innovation agencies.
• Align partnerships with sales goals, target accounts, programs, and strategic pursuits.
• Create scalable processes, systems, governance structures, playbooks, and operational models for partnerships.
• Oversee commercial and strategic assessments for potential partnerships.
• Assess partner capabilities, reputation, technical suitability, financial health, customer access, competitive standing, incentives, and execution risks.
• Coordinate reviews on technical, operational, legal, contracts, security, compliance, financial, and business aspects.
• Formulate Go/No-Go recommendations and prepare executive decision briefings.
• Structure and negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, memorandums of understanding, reseller agreements, distribution agreements, and strategic alliance agreements.
• Develop onboarding processes, governance frameworks, sales-facing engagement rules, and success metrics.
• Broaden TurbineOne's presence in the European and MENA defense sectors.
• Create partner enablement strategies and collaborative go-to-market, co-selling, demonstration, capture, proposal, and marketing initiatives.
• Manage ongoing partner relationships and conduct periodic business reviews.
• Report on partnership portfolio performance, pipeline, risks, and strategic opportunities to executive leadership.
• Produce partner competencies, playbooks, onboarding resources, enablement materials, and engagement rules.
• Over 10 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Alliance Management, Sales, or similar commercial leadership roles.
• Significant responsibility for international markets.
• Extensive experience in defense, national security, aerospace, or DefenseTech; direct experience in DefenseTech is highly preferred.
• Previous direct sales experience with quota responsibility for pipeline development, opportunity management, forecasting, and revenue generation.
• Knowledge of complex defense technology sales from customer engagement through evaluation, capture, procurement, negotiation, and award processes.
• Proven track record in establishing and managing strategic partnerships that contribute to measurable pipeline, revenue generation, customer access, or program victories.
• Experience in European defense markets; familiarity with MENA markets is a plus.
• Acquainted with defense primes, systems integrators, OEMs, national procurement landscapes, and industry teaming frameworks.
• Understanding of international business development, distribution strategies, channel partnerships, and joint go-to-market approaches.
• Experienced in structuring and reviewing U.S. and international commercial agreements.
• Proficient knowledge of ITAR, export controls, intellectual property, government contracting compliance, and international defense business regulations.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe and MENA and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
