Head of Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the client onboarding process for both new and expanding clients.

• Configure, set up, and sustain client instances on the maxRTE platform.

• Implement custom rules, filters, and coverage mappings.

• Facilitate and validate file transmissions and data exchanges, including SFTP, batch processing, real-time integrations, and API connection workflows.

• Manage end-to-end testing, placement file operations, return report evaluations, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Spearhead implementation discussions with RCM executives, health system operations leaders, and IT stakeholders.

• Convert intricate clinical and billing requirements into software configurations.

• Enhance implementation frameworks and set up best practices for technical onboarding.

• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success.

• Build, lead, and mentor a team of implementation and support professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of direct experience in leading intricate, highly technical software onboardings and implementations in a client-facing role.

• Proven experience managing implementation specialists.

• Strong technical skills with substantial experience in data transmission techniques and system integrations.

• Proficient in navigating complex technical configurations and troubleshooting data pipelines.

• Ability to handle ambiguity and undefined processes effectively.

• Capacity to assume full responsibility for technical execution and project management without specialized project management or technical support.

• Exceptional ability to audit client placement files, return data, and platform configurations.

• Skillful in articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Focus on achieving implementation timelines of 30–90 days and ensuring a positive ROI within 30 days of contract execution.

• A background in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience managing large-scale implementations within complex healthcare settings or EHR platforms such as Epic or Cerner is preferred but not mandatory.
