Head of Foundation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead the business development initiatives for the Arbitrum Foundation while identifying unexploited growth opportunities.

• Represent Arbitrum on various stages annually, advocating for the foundation alongside the most brilliant minds in Web3 and Blockchain.

• Collaborate with our Board of Directors and other internal stakeholders to define the Foundation and Ecosystem strategy.

• Forge and sustain essential partnerships with stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem and Web2 companies venturing into the Web3 space.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within the Foundation to identify, prioritize, and capitalize on new opportunities.

• Identify potential within the Arbitrum ecosystem and highlight contributions from partners and the community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in business development, cultivating strategic partnerships, and holding relevant roles within the Web3, Blockchain, or technology sectors.

• Notable public presence in the Web3/blockchain field, with experience representing a brand or ecosystem at significant conferences, panels, and events. Comfortable engaging with high-profile audiences and stakeholders.

• Proven ability to develop and implement long-term strategic plans, particularly in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Experience in shaping ecosystem growth strategies that align with broader business goals.

• Strong history of establishing, fostering, and maintaining relationships with key partners, including developers, stakeholders, and influencers in the Web3 ecosystem.

• Exceptional collaborative abilities with a background in working across departments (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to execute strategic initiatives and promote collective success.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Web3 landscape and a true crypto-native. Connections with Ecosystem/VC funds and leading projects within the Web3 space.
