📋 Description

• Take charge of YO's growth strategy focused on ecosystem development.

• Promote the adoption of YO's infrastructure within the wider application ecosystem.

• Lead initiatives to scale customer acquisition through strategic partnerships.

• Facilitate the onboarding of the next billion users into DeFi.

• Develop and manage our comprehensive ecosystem strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in business development, ecosystem management, or go-to-market roles within the crypto or web3 infrastructure space.

• Extensive knowledge and experience within the EVM and Solana ecosystems.

• A strong passion for growth and achieving remarkable results through innovative partnerships.

• Demonstrated success in establishing partnerships, leading cross-functional initiatives, and collaborating with technical teams.

• Exceptional communication abilities and a knack for working independently in dynamic environments.

• A deep interest in protocol infrastructure and the evolving landscape of on-chain yield.
