Head of Delivery – Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of software development and customized technology projects, ensuring they align with business goals and timelines.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to the Project Management team, promoting continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence.

• Identify and eliminate obstacles and risks that impact team velocity and project delivery.

• Advocate for and implement Agile methodologies to effectively manage project workflows and ensure timely delivery.

• Relay project updates, progress, and risk assessments to senior management and stakeholders.

• Supervise billing, time tracking, and budget management across project portfolios.

• Engage collaboratively with both business and technical teams to ensure the continuous delivery of products and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Over 6 years of experience in an IT Delivery Management role, with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies.

• Proficient in English at a C1 level (mandatory).

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with JIRA and Notion.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple teams and projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.

• The candidate’s experience as a Delivery Manager will be assessed based on their previous roles.

• Prior experience in delivering AI, ML, or data-driven software projects is a significant advantage, given Azumo's area of expertise.
