This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Middle East.
• Develop and lead the multi-lane Customer Growth operating system at RevenueCat.
• Take ownership of the Customer Growth strategy across the entire customer portfolio.
• Establish segmentation and coverage based on current value, future potential, adoption, intent, growth opportunities, risk, and strategic significance.
• Lead through the CSM Team Lead and cultivate a robust leadership pipeline.
• Identify high-potential customers early in collaboration with Data, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.
• Oversee the Growth Advisory intake process, including qualification, impact assessment, output quality, follow-through, and reuse.
• Transform Growth Advocacy into a channel for customer education.
• Develop Customer Enablement and Scaled Growth initiatives through lifecycle programs, templates, office hours, documentation, automation, product nudges, and next-best-action guidance.
• Foster substantial product adoption alongside Product and Product Marketing teams.
• Establish clear cross-functional decision rights among Sales, TAM, Support, Product, Marketing, and Data teams.
• Create a customer-insight loop that translates recurring customer inquiries into product enhancements, enablement materials, playbooks, benchmarks, documentation, lifecycle programs, and market education.
• Define metrics, operational cadences, headcount strategies, budgets, organizational design, executive communications, and the talent bar across Customer Growth.
• Maintain direct engagement with customers, sponsor strategic accounts, lead customer-growth initiatives, and achieve measurable customer outcomes.
• Around 10 years or more in Customer Success, Customer Growth, strategic accounts, Growth Advisory, product growth, lifecycle management, monetization, or a related customer-facing role.
• At least five years of experience leading customer-facing teams, including managers, senior team leads, or specialized groups.
• Proven track record of owning an entire function or a multi-lane operating model, rather than just managing an individual CSM team.
• Experience in constructing or significantly revamping segmentation, coverage, strategic account management, adoption, health, advisory, or scaled-customer systems.
• Strong commercial acumen regarding Net Dollar Retention (NDR), renewal risks, expansion impact, customer value, and executive alignment.
• Credibility in areas such as mobile apps, app monetization, in-app purchases, paywalls, checkout processes, pricing and offers, lifecycle management, retention strategies, experimentation, analytics, or closely related domains.
• Sufficient product and technical fluency to lead initiatives around a developer-facing platform while ensuring clear accountability for TAM, Support, and Engineering.
• Experience in managing both generalists and specialists effectively.
• Evidence of converting repetitive one-to-one work into scalable systems.
• Strong written communication skills, directness, and remote-first work habits.
• Proven ability in hiring, coaching, performance management, and elevating the leadership and talent bar.
