This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Ashby’s comprehensive company and brand narrative.

• Lead the differentiation story at the company level across all segments.

• Maintain a scalable messaging framework for team initiatives and go-to-market strategies.

• Ensure that narratives specific to segments align consistently with the overarching company story.

• Listen to Gong calls and collaborate with customer-facing teams.

• Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and perform qualitative and quantitative market research.

• Utilize AI tools to synthesize findings from extensive data sets.

• Own the narrative arc for Ashby’s annual keynote presentation alongside the CEO.

• Coordinate product launch content to fit within the keynote narrative.

• Manage all aspects of keynote planning, including speaker coordination and event details.

• Develop messaging and content tailored for startup and lower mid-market audiences.

• Create sales presentations and enablement materials for startup and lower mid-market sectors.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and the CEO.

• Integrate VC Program messaging into wider company communications.

• Construct narrative frameworks, keynote processes, and segment-specific initiatives prior to expanding the team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Product Marketing, Brand or Corporate Marketing, or leadership in Content or Communications.

• A confident, senior narrative thinker capable of collaborating directly with a CEO on high-stakes storytelling.

• Ability to operate at the intersection of company vision, market dynamics, and enablement strategies.

• Willingness to engage in deep individual contributor work before transitioning to a team leadership role.

• Skill in maintaining a coherent narrative across diverse audiences.

• Strong curiosity regarding industry news and its implications for the company narrative.

• Capable of collaborating with sales leaders effectively.

• Comfort in working directly with senior executives on high-visibility projects.

• Familiarity with the enablement aspects of product marketing.

• Ability to connect customer concerns, industry news, and company direction seamlessly.
