📋 Description

• Take charge of Blitzed's comprehensive player acquisition strategy and its implementation.

• Create and oversee a pipeline of acquisition experiments.

• Discover and evaluate new channels for acquisition.

• Manage paid acquisition efforts across relevant platforms and networks.

• Formulate the affiliate acquisition strategy and expand the affiliate channel.

• Establish channels for acquiring creators, influencers, and streamers.

• Investigate sponsorships, partnerships, and unique distribution opportunities.

• Enhance acquisition funnels from initial impression through registration, deposit, and ongoing play.

• Collaborate with creative teams to design and swiftly test new advertisements, content, and campaigns.

• Monitor performance metrics including CAC, CPA, FTDs, conversion rates, retention, and player value.

• Analyze the quality and financial implications of players acquired from each channel.

• Allocate acquisition budgets informed by performance data.

• Scale successful channels with strong economic returns and discontinue those that underperform.

• Examine competitor strategies and pinpoint acquisition tactics worthy of exploration.

• Develop processes, reporting mechanisms, and ultimately a team around successful channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in iGaming, betting, crypto, or a related field is essential.

• Significant expertise in customer acquisition, growth, or performance marketing.

• Highly commercial mindset with a strong focus on metrics.

• Deep understanding of acquisition funnels and unit economics.

• Comfortable managing budgets and taking responsibility for outcomes.

• Preference for action and learning over excessive planning.

• Capable of strategic thinking while remaining engaged in execution.

• Innovative and open to testing unconventional acquisition ideas.
