HCM Techno-Functional Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Lead or support the implementation, customization, and configuration of Oracle HCM modules to meet business requirements.

• Create and sustain technical designs, integrations, data migrations, and customizations utilizing Oracle tools.

• Convert HR business needs into technical solutions within the Oracle HCM framework.

• Design, implement, and review Oracle HCM Security Profiles, Data Roles, and Abstract Roles.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and least-privilege access models throughout HCM domains.

• Utilize Oracle HCM AI and Generative AI features to improve employee experience and predictive analytics.

• Offer technical support, resolve issues, and optimize performance for Oracle HCM applications.

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to implement and continually enhance HCM systems.

• Develop and update technical documentation and user manuals.

• Facilitate training sessions for end-users as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), managing the Security Console, and configuring data-level security for sensitive HR information.

• Familiarity with Oracle AI functionalities, such as skills-matching algorithms, automated candidate ranking, and AI-driven digital assistants.

• Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules.

• Strong programming capabilities in SQL, PL/SQL, XML/BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OIC, and HDL.

• Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, benefits management, talent management, and associated modules.

• Understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration methods.

• Exposure to OIC concepts.

• Capability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 6 years of experience working with Oracle HCM applications in a techno-functional role.

• Willingness to work during US hours.

• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are optional, but beneficial.

• Oracle Database certifications or other relevant Oracle certifications are also optional but advantageous.
