HCM & Reporting Analyst, Dayforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain Dayforce reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions.

• Construct SQL queries to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot HR and payroll data.

• Assist with employee data migration, reconciliation, and ensure reporting readiness for Dayforce.

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to provide valuable workforce insights.

• Aid in testing, go-live processes, and post-implementation stabilization.

• Design Power BI dashboards and establish reporting standards to facilitate business decision-making.

• Convert reporting requirements into reliable technical solutions.

• Verify data accuracy and resolve data-related issues during the implementation phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dayforce reporting, including custom report development.

• Advanced SQL capabilities and experience handling large datasets.

• Knowledge of HR, payroll, workforce management, or HCM data.

• Expertise in Power BI and advanced Excel functionalities.

• Background in supporting HR technology, payroll, or HCM implementations.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with stakeholders.
