Senior Business Insights Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with executive leaders and business stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities and facilitate strategic decision-making.

• Oversee intricate operational, financial, and strategic analyses.

• Create business cases, scenario models, forecasting tools, and value-realization analyses.

• Design and enhance enterprise KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and performance scorecards.

• Convert complex business inquiries into analytical methodologies.

• Track organizational performance and identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.

• Bolster data governance, data quality, reporting consistency, and enterprise reporting practices.

• Share findings, recommendations, and insights with executive leadership.

• Collaborate with Finance, Delivery, Sales, Product, and other departments to synchronize metrics and performance measurement.

• Implement new reporting methods, measurement frameworks, and decision-support tools.

• Provide executive insights, business cases, scenario models, KPI frameworks, dashboards, actionable recommendations, and improvements in data governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading business analytics, operational analysis, financial modeling, or strategic decision support within a technology or high-growth setting.

• Capability to address complex business challenges through analysis and actionable recommendations.

• Proficiency in transforming large data sets into clear narratives for leadership.

• Ability to cultivate trusted relationships with executives and influence decision-making.

• Strong business acumen and sound judgment.

• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with executive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms (preferred).

• Advanced knowledge of SQL, data modeling, statistical analysis, or business intelligence tools (preferred).

• Background in supporting executive planning, investment analysis, or enterprise performance management (preferred).

• Experience in developing KPI architectures, reporting frameworks, or value-realization methodologies (preferred).

• Familiarity with managed services, cloud infrastructure, enterprise technology, or cybersecurity environments (preferred).
