HCM Cutover Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Plan, organize, and implement Cutover activities.

• Ensure a secure and managed transition to the new environment.

• Contribute to an international HR/HCM transformation initiative.

• Coordinate efforts involving various countries, teams, and stakeholders.

• Oversee plans, dependencies, risks, and critical tasks.

• Provide support for intricate global implementations.

• Take charge of Cutover and Go-Live activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cutover, Deployment, Program, or Project Manager on intricate, global projects.

• Background in HR/HCM/HRIS transformation, specifically in Cutover and Go-Live activities.

• Experience collaborating across multiple countries with international teams and stakeholders.

• Strong capability to manage plans, dependencies, risks, and critical tasks.

• Advanced/fluent English proficiency.

• Must be available to work in alignment with the Netherlands time zone (CET/CEST).

• Preferred: Familiarity with Workday HCM and global implementations.

• Preferred: Experience with data migration, integrations, payroll, and deployment phases.

• Preferred: Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.

• A sense of urgency and strong prioritization abilities.
