HCM Cloud Benefits Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Set up Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits components, including Benefit Plans, Coverage Elements, Eligibility Profiles, Enrollment Rules, and Life Events.

• Collect requirements from stakeholders and convert them into system configurations.

• Conduct testing, resolve configuration issues, and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Document configurations and offer training as required.

• Keep abreast of Oracle Cloud updates and propose enhancements to configurations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-8 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.

• In-depth understanding of benefits setup, including plans, eligibility, enrollment, life events, and notifications.

• Capability to work independently while communicating effectively.

• Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits certification is advantageous.
