
HCM Account Executive – Private Equity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a focused sales strategy aimed at penetrating designated private equity firms.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers within these private equity firms.
• Build and nurture robust relationships with private equity firms.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' specific HCM needs.
• Work alongside product development to tailor HCM offerings for private equity clients.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor actions, and market dynamics in the private equity sector.
• Evaluate the competitive landscape to effectively position specialized HCM solutions and services.
• Act as the primary liaison for private equity firms and their portfolio clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and concerns with a solutions-focused mindset.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate across various departments including marketing, sales, product development, implementation, and service teams.
• Provide valuable insights and feedback to refine specialized HCM solutions for the private equity market.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a quota-driven, business-to-business sales role.
• Demonstrated success in HCM sales within the private equity industry.
• In-depth understanding of the unique challenges and needs of private equity clients.
• Capability to manage executive relationships within private equity firms.
• Experience in sales prospecting and closing new business.
• Proven ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
• Extensive knowledge of HCM solutions, technological trends, and industry best practices.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Skill in articulating complex solutions in a clear and engaging manner.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
• Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• A college degree is strongly preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
• Availability to work five days a week during designated hours.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and drive to client locations as needed.
• Manual dexterity in both hands for operating a computer keyboard and handling small items.
• Sensory capabilities including vision, hearing, and touch.
