Gynecologist – IMLC License

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create tailored treatment plans through video consultations.

• Partner with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the delivery of top-notch healthcare services.

• Complete necessary training and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.

• Provide education to patients regarding preventative care and wellness utilizing evidence-based methods.

• Keep precise and current patient records while ensuring timely charting.

• Address patient inquiries and administrative communications with clarity and care.

• Commit to a minimum of 20 patient-facing hours weekly, including consultations and medical advice, with prescribing when clinically warranted.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution.

• Board Certification: Active national board certification in Gynecology.

• Experience: At least 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Gynecologist, focusing on chronic and complex women's health issues such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.

• IMLC license: An active IMLC license or in the process of obtaining one.

• Clinical Independence: Demonstrated capability to work autonomously with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking abilities.

• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing compassion and clarity.

• Webside Manner: An innate ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• Evidence-Based Practice: A genuine dedication to providing care based on the latest clinical research.

• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using various platforms including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.

• Telemedicine Experience: Previous telehealth experience is an advantage.

• State License Requirements & Hiring Considerations: An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is mandatory.
