Guidelines Artist – Licensing & Consumer Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Produce artworks, illustrations, graphics, patterns, and visual assets for Pazu’s licensing and consumer products initiatives.

• Formulate and uphold thorough art and creative guidelines for external collaborators, licensees, and manufacturers.

• Interpret the visual language of Avatar World into coherent and consistent design guidelines across various product categories.

• Establish the usage of characters, colors, environments, typography, graphics, patterns, and other brand components.

• Modify existing game assets and artwork for physical products and consumer-oriented applications.

• Develop style guidelines tailored for licensing collections and product requirements.

• Collaborate closely with Product Development on new product lines, collections, and concepts.

• Assess partner-created artwork and products to ensure alignment with Pazu’s visual standards.

• Enhance and advance the creative toolkit as the brand and licensing efforts expand.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust professional experience in illustration, visual design, graphic design, or art direction.

• Degree or relevant academic background in Graphic Design, Art, Visual Communication, or a related creative discipline.

• Exceptional hands-on illustration and design capabilities.

• Proven experience in creating artwork and assets for brands, products, or commercial uses.

• Familiarity with constructing brand guidelines, style guides, toolkits, or creative systems.

• Strong grasp of composition, color theory, character design, and visual storytelling.

• Competency in translating existing intellectual property into new artwork while preserving its visual identity.

• Experience with children's brands, entertainment, gaming, licensing, consumer products, or character-based IP is a significant advantage.

• Meticulous attention to detail and visual coherence.

• Capability to generate both high-level creative direction and production-ready visual assets.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver clear visual feedback.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator - Mandatory.

• Excellent command of the English language.
