Guest Experience Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform outreach via email and phone to engage with Trip Winners.

• Coordinate travel schedules with vendors or the internal team.

• Solicit post-trip feedback from Trip Winners.

• Oversee travel itineraries, encompassing flights, activities, tours, dinners, and other requirements of clients.

• Provide options for additional nights or upgrades.

• Conduct research and book add-ons with vendors.

• Explore opportunities to enhance the guest experience.

• Deliver on-call concierge services.

• Address needs that fall outside the standard packaged experience.

• Engage in problem-solving and propose solutions to the team.

• Manage tasks and input data within HubSpot CRM.

• Support the Booking Team with quarterly initiatives.

• Participate in quarterly team gatherings, with at least three taking place in Southern California.

• Join weekly meetings and collaborate on Slack and Asana projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Self-motivated individual capable of independently managing a schedule in a fully remote position.

• Experience in product development, design, or a similar role focused on creating consumer experiences.

• Background in the travel industry is advantageous.

• Embrace a growth mindset.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Prior experience with HubSpot is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in presentations.

• Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.

• Capacity to accept and learn from feedback.

• Proactive, independent problem-solving skills.

• Required customer service skills.

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
