This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Take ownership of the architecture and daily management of the Sales and Customer Success technology stack, with HubSpot serving as the primary system of record.
β’ Assess, implement, and integrate complementary tools (such as Unify, Gong, Clay, and others) to build a cohesive and effective revenue infrastructure.
β’ Oversee system integrations, ensuring clean and reliable data flows across the stack through native connectors, middleware, and API-based integrations.
β’ Make informed decisions on whether to build, buy, or discontinue tools, aiming to consolidate where feasible and eliminate redundancies.
β’ Keep a well-documented system architecture to ensure that the technology stack remains comprehensible and scalable as the team expands.
β’ Act as the primary administrator for HubSpot, managing users, teams, permissions, properties, pipelines, and lifecycle stages.
β’ Develop and maintain workflows, automations, and reports that facilitate daily Sales and Customer Success operations.
β’ Establish and uphold data governance standards, including property naming conventions, picklist hygiene, deduplication, and record lifecycle policies.
β’ Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success leaders to document and continuously enhance core go-to-market business processes, such as lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, customer onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
β’ Identify friction points in the revenue motion before they escalate into bottlenecks and propose and implement solutions.
β’ Lay the operational groundwork for new go-to-market strategies (such as outbound initiatives, account-based marketing programs, and product-led growth signals) as the company evolves.
β’ Look for opportunities to leverage AI and automation in repetitive go-to-market workflows, including enrichment, routing, follow-up, and reporting.
β’ Stay informed about advancements in the modern revenue stack and provide insights on potential investment areas.
β’ Collaborate with Enablement to ensure that representatives effectively utilize the systems you develop.
β’ Document workflows, create training materials, and manage change initiatives for new processes and tools.
β’ Measure adoption rates and iterate on systems; a system that is not utilized effectively is essentially nonexistent.
β’ Serve as the internal subject matter expert and point of escalation for inquiries related to systems and processes.
β’ Provide support for additional responsibilities and projects as necessary.
β’ 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, go-to-market systems, or sales operations within a B2B SaaS context.
β’ Practical CRM expertise; you have built a CRM from the ground up rather than merely using one. Experience with HubSpot and relevant certifications are advantageous.
β’ Strong grasp of how CRM systems integrate within the modern revenue stack, covering aspects from prospecting and enrichment to conversation intelligence and customer success tooling.
β’ Proven capability to convert business requirements into scalable systems and process solutions.
β’ Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We are growing rapidly, and changes occur daily.
β’ Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, establishing new processes while optimizing existing ones.
β’ A strategic thinker who is execution-focused, able to operate at both high levels and detailed levels within the same week.
β’ A proactive mindset with a willingness to share opinions; you contribute a perspective to every discussion.
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, adept at collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance teams.
β’ Strong documentation practices and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ A keen interest in AI tools and their potential to enhance revenue workflows.
β’ Access to company-sponsored group benefits for you and your family, along with $1,000 allocated for mental health support.
β’ Take a break during our holiday closure and benefit from our generous time-off policies throughout the year.
β’ Enjoy monthly paid meals, an annual wellness allowance to support your well-being, and parental leave top-ups as your family grows.
β’ Secure your share in our success; youβll receive competitive stock option grants as a key early employee.
