This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Spearhead cross-functional projects aimed at minimizing friction, eliminating bottlenecks, and enhancing the revenue-generating capabilities of Sales & SDR.
• Create and refine essential go-to-market processes encompassing lead management, routing, qualification, handoff, and pipeline progression workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, SDRs, Marketing, and Systems teams to pinpoint process deficiencies, articulate business requirements, and implement scalable solutions.
• Document both current-state and future-state workflows to ensure that designs fulfill desired outcomes beyond just stakeholder feedback.
• Assist stakeholders in the "Idea to Implementation" journey by prioritizing initiatives that yield genuine revenue impact and leverage existing dashboards, data trends, current processes, and systems to offer guidance and recommendations as needed.
• Transform strategic initiatives into operational plans, timelines, and change management activities that facilitate successful execution.
• Aid in system enhancements by collaborating on workflow design, ticket creation, solution user acceptance testing, release readiness, and post-launch optimization.
• Over 8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, SDR Operations, Business Operations, or process/program management within a comparable industry.
• Proven track record in designing and enhancing cross-functional business processes throughout the go-to-market lifecycle, particularly from Lead to Opportunity.
• In-depth understanding of CRM and GTM systems, including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, PowerBi, and Lean Data.
• Demonstrated capability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements, process maps, and actionable plans.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in using data to identify problems, assess impact, and support decision-making.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation abilities across both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Capacity to operate strategically while also executing detailed tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working within matrixed organizations and influencing without direct authority.
