GTM Recruiting Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Lead and cultivate a team of full-cycle GTM recruiters.

• Mentor recruiter performance, facilitate skills development, and support professional advancement.

• Collaborate with senior GTM leadership to ascertain hiring requirements and devise recruiting strategies that align with headcount objectives.

• Partner with Finance, People Operations, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal departments to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

• Build a strong talent pipeline through employer branding initiatives, events, and employee referrals.

• Deliver reporting on key metrics and insights to guide decision-making, optimize processes, and enhance recruiting efficiency.

• Spearhead cross-functional projects and oversee performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment management, preferably with in-house recruitment exposure.

• Demonstrated success in effectively partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruitment process, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to achieve hiring goals.

• Experience in mentoring recruiters while providing coaching and guidance.

• Capacity to thrive in fast-paced settings and offer clarity in ambiguous situations.

• Strong aptitude for identifying and engaging top talent, as well as nurturing candidate relationships.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Outstanding teamwork capabilities and adeptness at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proven ability to excel and prioritize tasks in dynamic, rapidly changing environments.
