This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Transform product and business modifications into actionable go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Enablement, and Technology teams to ensure operational preparedness for launches.
• Manage go-to-market readiness for product introductions, pricing and packaging updates, new SKUs, migrations, discontinuations, and route-to-market adjustments.
• Convert product decisions into commercial and operational specifications encompassing product catalog, pricing and approvals, contracting, Salesforce/CPQ, billing and ordering, provisioning and entitlements, compensation, reporting, and customer lifecycle.
• Engage with Product teams early to pinpoint affected go-to-market activities, decisions, stakeholders, dependencies, and lead times.
• Coordinate cross-functional readiness while ensuring accountability for decisions and deliverables.
• Lead comprehensive operational validation throughout quoting, ordering, provisioning, billing, reporting, renewal, support, and related workflows.
• Recognize and manage readiness risks, unresolved decisions, dependencies, and operational deficiencies.
• Develop reusable processes, launch templates, requirements frameworks, and automation to enhance the go-to-market readiness operational model.
• A minimum of 8 years of overall professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Systems, or a similar role that supports complex cross-functional go-to-market initiatives.
• Proven experience in facilitating product launches, pricing/packaging modifications, commercial model transformations, or other initiatives necessitating coordination between Product and go-to-market teams.
• Familiarity with essential SaaS commercial processes, including opportunity-to-order, quoting/CPQ, pricing, contracting, billing, provisioning, renewals, compensation, or customer lifecycle management.
• Established ability to convert ambiguous product or business requirements into clear operational specifications, dependencies, decisions, and execution strategies.
• Experience in independently coordinating complex initiatives across Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Sales, and other business areas without direct authority over the involved teams.
• Strong systems thinking, with an understanding of how changes in one segment of the commercial lifecycle can impact downstream processes, systems, data, and customer experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in documenting requirements, facilitating cross-functional decisions, communicating risks, and providing clarity among stakeholders with varying priorities.
• Preferred: Experience in a B2B SaaS or subscription-based business with multiple products, customer segments, or routes to market.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, billing, commerce, provisioning, entitlement, or other systems involved in the quote-to-cash/customer lifecycle.
• Preferred: Experience in designing or enhancing product launch, commercialization, or go-to-market readiness processes.
• Preferred: Experience supporting products sold through self-service, direct sales, channel, reseller, or partner ecosystems.
• Preferred: Knowledge of automation and AI capabilities that streamline requirements gathering, dependency management, testing, and operational readiness.
