This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas, +1 more state.
• Exhibits a comprehensive understanding of the organization's products and services while articulating product features and advantages to prospective customers.
• Provides technical expertise and support to account managers in recognizing potential clients, nurturing leads, and fostering revenue growth.
• Builds a professional and consultative rapport with clients by thoroughly understanding their unique business requirements within their industry.
• Develops and delivers tailored solutions or proposals that meet the client's needs and illustrate how the organization’s offerings align with the client’s business goals.
• Oversees sales pipelines by monitoring leads, opportunities, and sales prospects throughout various stages of the sales process, identifying areas for improvement.
• Employs a range of sales and marketing strategies to locate and engage potential clients, assisting in customizing sales pitches and solutions.
• Formulates and implements strategies to retain and nurture current clients, resulting in recurring revenue and referrals.
• Concentrates on increasing contractual renewals, particularly for mid-sized accounts with varying complexities, to achieve greater total contract-value renewals while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
• Mentors junior team members in sales techniques and methodologies, including consultative selling, relationship building, objection handling, and deal closure.
• Engages in continuous sales training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as negotiation, objection handling, and industry-specific expertise.
• Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience demonstrating proficiency.
• Generally possesses 4-7 years of professional experience, ideally in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related domain, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience with the WXP Platform, Workforce Experience Platform is required.
