GTM Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Higgsfield AI’s business operations in Europe.

• Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for the European market.

• Create a targeted account plan for the UK, Spain, Ireland, the Nordics, Benelux, and Southern Europe.

• Classify European buyers across various sectors including agencies, consumer brands, production firms, broadcasters, streamers, gaming, and sports media.

• Personally identify, manage, and finalize the region’s inaugural enterprise and agency contracts.

• Convert high-engagement European creators, teams, and agencies into enterprise and team accounts.

• Manage the European sales pipeline, forecasts, and bookings; ensure a minimum of 3x pipeline coverage and provide weekly updates to leadership.

• Conduct outbound sales through executive outreach, events, partner introductions, and referrals from the creator community.

• Lead negotiations for commercial agreements, enterprise contracts, and multi-year or usage-based deal structures.

• Develop local references and case studies.

• Cultivate relationships with senior decision-makers in European agencies, holding companies, and brand marketing organizations.

• Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to identify and engage European channel and distribution partners.

• Represent Higgsfield at European industry events and in local media outlets.

• Adapt positioning, pricing, packaging, and campaigns to meet the needs of European buyers.

• Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory signals, including the EU AI Act and data residency issues.

• Define the structure for the European team at 5 and 15 individuals and assist in the hiring process.

• Create a European sales playbook, secure prominent agency and brand clients, maintain forecast accuracy within 15% quarter-over-quarter, and onboard initial European go-to-market hires.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years in enterprise sales, business development, partnerships, or go-to-market leadership, including at least 3 years of experience selling SaaS, AI, creative technology, marketing technology, or media technology within Europe.

• Proven history of sourcing and closing six- and seven-figure deals independently.

• Experience in selling to advertising agencies, brand marketing organizations, or media and entertainment firms in at least two European markets.

• Established network of senior decision-makers in European agencies, brands, or media groups.

• Ability to independently establish operations in a region without local marketing, SE, or RevOps support from day one.

• Proficiency in English.

• Proficiency in a second major European language—such as Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, or a Nordic language—is highly desirable.

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Almaty, or be located in Spain, the UK, or Ireland with the right to work there, and capable of regular travel across Europe and to Almaty.

• Genuine passion for generative AI and practical experience with Higgsfield or similar creative AI tools.

• Experience with an AI-native company, creator platform, or usage-based software business is advantageous.

• Existing relationships within European broadcasters, streamers, or sports media are a plus.

• Previous experience as a first or founding commercial hire in a region is a plus.
