• Familiarity with Dreamdata or similar B2B attribution platforms (e.g., Bizible, HubSpot Attribution).
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, Operations Hub), including workflows, custom objects, and data synchronization.

• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS funnels, buyer journeys, and revenue metrics (MQL, SQL, pipeline, win rate, CAC, LTV).
• Experience in designing and implementing UTM strategies and multi-touch attribution models.
• Knowledge of ABM principles: defining ICP, account scoring, and personalized outreach at scale.
• Excellent cross-functional communication abilities, capable of clearly explaining tracking discrepancies and attribution models.
• Prior experience in an early-stage startup as the first or sole data/ops hire (preferred).
• Familiarity with Clay (workflows, enrichment, AI columns, Claygent) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation is an advantage.
