Data Engineering Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create high-quality documents and deliverables stemming from your daily data engineering tasks.

• Collaborate with specialists from different fields.

• Generate outputs that are recorded and utilized to develop tasks and rubrics for training and assessing cutting-edge AI models.

• Utilize professional judgment to aid in the training and evaluation of AI models.

• Partner with the project team during UK business hours.

• Undertake a brief, intensive project from 14 September to 10 October 2026.

• Commit to approximately 40 hours of work each week.

• Document and organize data engineering efforts as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United Kingdom.

• Must possess the right to work in the United Kingdom.

• Practical experience in building and managing production data pipelines.

• Background as a Data Engineer, Senior or Staff Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, Data Platform Engineer, or Data Architect.

• Proficient in SQL and Python.

• Familiar with ETL and ELT processes.

• Experience in orchestration, streaming, and data warehousing.

• Proficient with tools such as Spark, Kafka, Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.

• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Resume and work history assessment required.

• Successful completion of a concise domain-expertise evaluation.

• Must not have other project commitments that require significant hours during the project timeline.

• Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.
